Delete your account.
You can delete your Glova account and all your data at any time. We'll permanently remove everything within 30 days.
Option 1, from the app Fastest
- Open Glova
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm
Your account and data will be deleted immediately, with backups overwritten within 30 days.
Option 2, email us
If you can't access the app for any reason:
- Email support@glova-lab.com from the email address linked to your account
- Subject line: "Delete my account"
- We'll process the deletion and email you confirmation within 30 days
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All skin scans and photos
- All daily logs (skin, lifestyle, sleep, cycle)
- Your products, routines, and treatments
- All AI-generated insights and history
What may persist briefly
- Encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days after deletion (overwritten on the normal backup cycle)
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
