How do I delete my account?

From the Profile page in the app, or see the full instructions on Account Deletion.

How accurate is the skin scan?

The AI provides estimates based on a single photo. Results can vary with lighting, angle, and image quality. Glova is not a medical device, so please consult a dermatologist for any medical concerns.

Where is my data stored?

Encrypted on Supabase. Your photos are stored in a private bucket only you can access. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I change my email or password?

From the Profile page in the app.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. On your iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Glova, then Cancel.
